Hilton Düsseldorf (Executive Room)

Video of an executive room at the Hilton Düsseldorf hotel. The rooms do not differ in regard to size and design from the two lower categories (Hilton Standard Room and Hilton Deluxe Room). The only difference is that the Executive rooms comes with slippers and two bathrobes and of course access to the Executive Lounge. Rooms are located on the three top floor with the lounge being on the 11th floor. Rooms are showing its age and furnitures has a number of scratches. The only thing which was renewed in the last couple of years was the carpet and the TV - the last major renovation was in 2002 / 2003.

A guest with Hilton Honors Diamond status can expect to be upgraded to an Executive Room, but most likely not to a suite. A guest with Hilton Honors Gold status would in most cases also be upgraded, but this might not be the case if the hotel is quite full.
